Since its founding in 2002, Odoo has developed a comprehensive suite of management applications for SMEs, now counting over 13 million users and attracting more than 7,000 new customers each month. The company shows an annual growth of 40% and expects to exceed €650 million in revenue over the next 12 months, with a goal of reaching €1 billion by 2027.
This transaction reflects investors' confidence in Odoo's vision and impact, reinforcing its position as a leader in the SME software ecosystem. Existing investors, such as Summit Partners, Noshaq, and Wallonie Entreprendre, have sold part of their shares, with Summit remaining the main institutional shareholder.
